Earth Day: Education in Indiana

DOC proudly supports a company-wide commitment to ESG initiatives. As part of our 2019 Earth Day observances, our Indiana-based team from Cornerstone Companies, Inc. presented opportunities for our health care partners at seven properties to reduce waste and protect our environment. Projects included providing paper and electronic recycling services, collecting plastic grocery bags, and distributing biodegradable straws. Treats from a local bakery were a sweet way to spread awareness about the 2019 Earth Day theme of endangered species. A big thank you to the Indiana Cornerstone Team and in particular Megan Drummond and Chanelle Mitchell for their creativity and leadership.
